Our Farm

Mountain's Edge Farm, LLC, Sean, Jennifer, Jeremy and Kyle Lang, was established in 2002 with the purchase of our farm in Hinesburg from Rod and Jean Isham. Emily Lang joined us in 2004. The Ishams owned the farm since 1961 and operated it as a dairy farm. At the time of our acquisition a conservation easement was purchased by the Vermont Land Trust, ensuring that this farm will remain available for agricultural pursuits in the future.

What we do:

Beef

We raise primarily Angus beef which are sold to the public. Customers can purchase a half, a quarter or a whole.

Pork

Our farm raised pork receives rave reviews from our customers. Available as a half or whole with bacon and hams smoked, if desired.

Poultry

Fresh Eggs - Available at the barn refrigerator on a self service basis.
Chicken - Small meat birds are raised during the summer months and sold to the public.
Turkeys - of varying sizes available in late Fall as well as just before Thanksgiving.

We offer horse drawn rides of all kinds.

Family run business-Registered Belgian Draft horses. We are available to do parties, weddings, and anything else that would like a horse drawn ride. We also breed, raise and show these gentle giants.
